Tzaneen, South Africa April 2003- February 2006 Built and installed a water filtration plant and 6 km pipeline to provide water for 12,000 people
Milestones: • Raised $130,000 in total funding contributions • Formed a strategic corporate partnership with GE/Zenon Environmental Inc. • Established criteria and protocols for long term sustainable project development • Developed and implemented an educational awareness program on water conservation, sanitation & hygiene • R.I. District (9250) Project of the Year • Eligibility for CRCID/CIDA project funding
