A project of the Rotary Clubs of: Oakville Oakville Trafalgar Oakville North Oakville West, and the Rotary Club of Tzaneen CRCID, Rotary International and District 7080 & 9250 Matching Grants   Basson en Van Rensburg Consulting Engineers agreed to render their services to the pipeline and oversee the project. Ekageng Construction kindly donated the use of the excavation equipment needed, and did the trenching. A contractor to lay the pipes was appointed. After an Environmental Impact study was done, Servitudes had to be registered and Thomas & Swanepoel rendered its services.
